🐱 A little cover can make a big difference! 🐱

You may wonder why we recommend covering your cats carrier during transportation. Did you know covering your cats carrier can help them feel safer and more comfortable? 🐾💕 It helps reduce visual stimulation from unfamiliar sights and movement, making the trip a little less overwhelming for your feline friend. 💚

Small changes can make a big difference in creating a more positive, low-stress vet visit!

October is for celebrating our veterinary technicians!🩺🐾

We are so lucky to have such an amazing team of techs! They do SO much behind the scenes and are such an important part of everything we do. From taking X-rays and monitoring anesthesia, to running bloodwork, collecting samples, and making sure our patients are safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way, they truly do it all! 💙🐾

On top of all of that, they bring so much compassion, kindness, and care to our patients and their people every single day. We honestly couldn’t do what we do without them, and we are so grateful to have them on our team. 💙🩺

Thank you for all the hard work, and dedication you put into what you do. You are appreciated, this month and every month! 💕🐾

✈️Team Member Spotlight!- Meet Robyn!✨

Meet Robyn, after being with our team for 4 years Robyn is a crucial part of our team! With her many years of experience in veterinary medicine, she brings so much knowledge, compassion, and care to everything she does. Building relationships and helping clients feel comfortable and cared for is such an important part of what she does, and we’re incredibly thankful to have her with us!🐾💕

When she’s not in the clinic you can catch her soaking in all of the beautiful Shuswap, spending time with her three furry friends, Joey, Louie, and Duke🐶🐾, spending time with family, or planning her next adventure! ✈️ And if you’re wondering where she may be off to next, Ireland might just be calling! 🇮🇪

We’re so grateful to have her on our team and all the knowledge and heart she brings to what she does!🐾💕

👻 Meet Ghost! Ghost made his first visit to the clinic and, naturally, had to make an impression.

He was doing great until a beef liver treat decided to get a little… too comfortable in his mouth! 🥩😂

Safe to say, Ghost kept us laughing during his first visit! 🐾🖤 Welcome to the Uptown Family Ghost!
