🐾 **PENDING NEW HOME
PLEASE SHARE — Gus is looking for his forever home! 💜**
This one is incredibly close to my heart. Gus isn’t just a dog looking for a new home — **he’s one of my grooming clients, and I absolutely adore this sweet boy.** 🥹🐾 His family has made the incredibly difficult decision to find him a new home due to family and health circumstances, and their biggest priority is finding someone who will love and care for him just as much as they do.
Gus is a **4-year-old, neutered, healthy merle Old English Bulldog** with the goofiest, sweetest personality. 💜 He’s a homebody who LOVES being with his people — especially cuddling between your legs, getting butt scratches, playing with his Kong bones and orange fetch toy, and, believe it or not, **having his teeth brushed!** 😂🪥 He genuinely adores it!
He enjoys short walks and backyard time, but like many bulldogs, he needs to be kept cool and shouldn’t be outside for extended periods in hot weather.
Gus does have a sensitive tummy and currently eats **Inukshuk Marine kibble, ¾ cup twice daily**, with cucumber pieces as his treats. His adorable bulldog wrinkles also need a little maintenance with daily face-fold cleaning and cream, plus occasional ear cleaning.
❤️ **This is about finding the *right* home, not money. Gus will come with his crate, elevated food bowls, water bowls, toys, leash and walking collar, toothbrush and toothpaste, baby wipes, a brand-new full bag of food, and his other belongings. His current family will also take care of his upcoming annual check-up and vaccinations.
And because I love this squishy guy so much, **I would absolutely love to continue being Gus’s groomer with his new family.** 🥹💜 I want to still see that wrinkly face and help make his transition as comfortable as possible.
