🎉 We are happy to announce the launch of a new tool to help better serve our clients!

As many people are aware we previously used a web service so you could book your pet’s appointment directly online. We love having that option for our clients, and we are happy to announce a transition we hope will be all that you are used to… and more!

🍁Vello is an app based system that is directly integrated with our software system. Not only will you be able to book appointments online still, we are pleased to announce other tools as well!

🍁Easily access your pets vaccine history through the app to ensure they are up to date on recommended services

🍁Request prescription refills from the app directly (please note these still require our approval to fill, but we will notify you should we not be able to accommodate)

🍁Direct text messaging feature to allow you to reach out to us in yet another convenient way!

We are excited to offer this to our clients, but ask you to be a bit patient with us while we work out the last few kinks in the system. We can’t wait to keep you better informed and continue offering easy ways to book with us!

Download the Vello app today from your App Store, and see what it’s all about!
