Our Kang Kong is coming back!🌱

The last month has been very hectic, but thankfully our Kang Kong is growing steady! It may look like small progress, but below the tray our Kang Kong has been growing strong roots to help support its new stems! We look forward to start selling Kang Kong again soon!

🌱 Prairie Leaf is growing again!

After taking some time to reset and rebuild our grow room, we’re excited to be getting things going again.

Our spearmint has been especially happy! It’s already sending out runners with some seriously impressive roots! 😂🌿

We’re currently rebuilding our plants and getting our next crops established. Kang Kong is still the main focus, and we’re looking forward to having fresh local produce available again soon!

🌱Balik Na Tayo!🌱

We’ve been working hard to get production back to normal. We’re expecting to have enough Kang Kong to start selling again in about 2-3 weeks!

In the meantime, we’ve also started growing some other vegetables which we are excited to start selling at Prairie Leaf!

-Spearmint🍀
-And more!

We expect to have very limited quantities of mustasa and others available within the next month. We will keep everyone updated!

We are also wanting to bring back dahon ng kamote, as many people have been asking about it!

🌱Prairie Leaf Update

We unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to pause our kang kong production temporarily. Yesterday morning, we discovered spider mites in our grow room. Me and my wife are committed to providing the people of South Sask with high-quality kang kong. We made the difficult decision to remove the affected plants and we will start over.

We’re disappointed. We had been looking forward to getting more kang kong to our customers, but we’d rather take the time to deal with this properly than to risk selling bad product.

We’ll be restarting with a fresh batch of kang kong. We’ll share an update soon!
