Photos don't do it justice, a very subtle mullet for this guy! Unfortunately he didn't have much body hair to begin with! But I still loved it!

🔥 Hot take: Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for a fearful cat is take the fear out of the equation.

This handsome guy is medicated for his grooming appointment—and look at him. Relaxed, comfortable, and actually enjoying himself. 🐱💤

For cats who panic during grooming, car rides, vet visits, or handling, vet-prescribed sedation or anti-anxiety medication can be a game changer. It can prevent a stressful experience from becoming a traumatic one, while making the whole process safer for the cat and the people caring for them.

Medication isn’t “taking the easy way out.” Sometimes, it’s choosing less fear, less stress, and more trust. ❤️
