Flights For Hope

Flights For Hope Flights For Hope Community Group was created to raise flight funds to assist rescues saving dogs across Canada. On top of vetting, medical, training, etc.

After volunteering in rescue, I have seen the huge costs in saving dogs. having to pay to fly dogs to rescue can be a big financial strain. Adoption fees barely cover the costs of most care, if at all. By raising funds to pay for flights, some of this strain can be alleviated, hopefully allowing the rescues to save MORE dogs! Funds collected are sent directly to the rescues in taking these dogs or

to the group organizing transport. 100% of any proceeds are donated to rescue. This is a community group of dog lovers, supporting fundraising events! Thanks for visiting. Your support is truly appreciated. ~ Denise

🐾 MICROCHIP & RABIES CLINIC OCTOBER 3RD AT THE NEWCASTLE HARVEST FESTIVAL 🐾

We’re so excited to once again be part of the Newcastle Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 3rd! 🍂🍁 Thanks to the wonderful The Vatandoust Sirrs Real Estate Team, who are hosting us, we’ll be offering a Low Cost Microchip & Rabies Clinic from 9 AM–3 PM!

🩺 Dr. Anna Kato will be providing:
🐾 Microchips — $40
💉 Rabies vaccines — $40

Keeping your pets protected and properly identified is so important and this is a great opportunity to take care of both at an affordable price! Every year, so many pets go missing. A simple Microchip can be a link to get your pet safely back in your care.

🐶 Hollie from HolliePaws Grooming and Boutique will also be joining us to offer nail trims and fur tints!

Of course, we’ll have lots of information about Flights For Hope and the rescue dogs we work so hard to help. We may even have some special guests for you to come out and meet!

Best of all, this clinic is a fundraiser for Flights For Hope!
Every appointment helps us continue getting northern dogs to safety and giving them the chance they deserve.

We have 3 beautiful dogs getting a second chance, thanks to the partnership of rescues & our supporter's dedication & help!

Flying on the 10th, Barnaby, Midnight, & Teddy will all be getting second chances!

Barnaby (whom I am in love with & get to meet!!) will be heading to Northumberland Humane Society ❤️
Little Midnight will be heading to Pound Dog Rescue ❤️
And sweet Teddy will be heading to Healing Hands for Helping Paws ❤️

Little Bruce came all the way from Attawapiskat, northern Ontario where he is now safe in the care of our friends at Halfway Home K9 Rescue .

Thanks to flight companions & a whole lot of team work these 4 adorable pups are now safe in the care of our friends at Homeward Bound K9 Rescue in the Port Perry area.

These adorable pups are ready for tbeir next adventure....that will hopefully leas them to their forever family!

We are looking for flight companions (someone already booked to travel) from Winnipeg to Toronto to help es**rt these cuties to rescue .
Flight details:
Route: Winnipeg ➡️ Toronto
Airlines: WestJet or Air Canada
Date: ASAP (please message if you have an upcoming flight!)

The rescue handles ALL arrangements
You simply check in with the help of a volunteer with the kennel and meet a volunteer at the destination.
No cost to you, just a little time and a lot of heart.

Flight companions are the final link in getting these babies out of their current situation and into the care they deserve. You’re literally changing their lives in a single flight.
