Owned and operated in the 80’s as FIBRON INDUSTRIES in Ottawa Ontario, Canada. Manufacturer for the International 420, Albacore and industrial products with a strong repair department covering eastern Canada in Composites.
H2O RC DESIGN was created form a hobby in Montreal, Canada for RC sailing with a local club. It became a full time venture due to demand of his designs.
Tooling available,
1. International Dragon 1 Meter molds,
2. Northern 12 1 Meter molds based on the 80’s Americas Cup designs of the era,
3. Northern J 1 Meter molds, based on the popular Ranger J,
4. Northern AC 100, 1 Meter molds based on the 2000’s Americas Cup designs of the era, (Alinghi)
5. Northern 6 Meter 1.27 meters ( 50 inches ) Based on GOOSE designed by Sparkman & Stephens,
6. Northern Weedless 32, 81 cm (32 inches) based on the Columbia design.

• The Weedless 32 at 5 pounds in weight is the latest design that he has produced. It is intended, for the plug and play market for sailing in w**dy waters, where equivalent long fin keels struggle. Easy to transport, launch and store for off season. Over one year in development.
• Northern 6 M (GOOSE). The tooling is designed as a split mold to be able to ship a 50 inch boat in a 40 inch box. This greatly reduces the cost of shipping.

All molds are supplied with the master plugs (forms), for duplication of molds should you require to increase production. Drawings, measurements and information are included

Hi everyone.

This has been a hard 2 years,
I am back now, sucks getting old LOL.

I will be launching a new design that will please people looking for a Plug and Play w**d less boat.

Here is some advance information, the balance will be realist at the official launch for the end of the month.

One design
Length 32 inches,
Displacement 5.2 LBS,

No fin Keel !!!!!!!!!
No plastic hull and deck !!!!!
Composite laminate !!!!!!

This project was a real challenge 8 months in development.

At the moment I am working out a few details. The boat was tested in November and its performance was great, however the wind condition were a bit light.
I believe that I am the only one producing a w**d less plug an Play design in North America.
