If you’re looking for more than just a place to “drop your dog off,” you’re in the right spot. I offer small group daycare and private boarding in a calm, home-based environment — designed for dogs who thrive with structure, enrichment, and thoughtful care. Every dog in my care is supervised, supported, and treated like part of the home — not a number in a kennel.

✨ What makes us different:
• Small, carefully matched groups
• Enrichment-based routines (foraging, chews, mental stimulation)
• Calm, structured play — no chaos, no overcrowding
• Kennel-free and low-stress options available
• Veterinary-informed care you can trust

Whether your dog is social and playful, or needs a more tailored, quiet experience — I meet them where they are.

‼️Just another reminder that I only take pets that are on prevention to come to my home salon for grooming.
Indoor pets can have parasites including worms and fleas. My goal is to keep my animals and other pets coming for daycare, grooming boarding and training safe, including the environment.

My standards must be kept this way because I'm a registered Veterinary technician and with my education I know and fully understand the mechanism of transfer and zoonotic risk. I am not risking the safety of my animals or my home to bring a pet that has no prevention on board here for an appointment.

If you know your pet is fractious and requires pre-medication for their appointments, please give this to them 2 hours before their appointment with me for grooming. This is a prescription from your veterinarian. If your animal is exceptionally stressed, I will notice this immediately as a fear-free practitioner and the procedure will be stopped. They will need to be rescheduled with pre-medication on board.

When you're booking your grooming and care for your pets , just a general thought - If the place does not have these requirements, I really would be questioning the education of services provided and a cleanliness of the environment.

As we head into the upcoming holiday season, I wanted to share a quick update to my private boarding rates.

Statutory holidays will now be $76 per day per dog for private dog boarding.

My private boarding service is intentionally kept small so that I can provide individualized, attentive care to every dog staying with me. Each dog’s routine, comfort, enrichment, exercise, and individual needs are carefully considered throughout their stay, with a calm and structured home environment.

Holiday periods are also some of my busiest times of the year, and this updated rate reflects the additional demand and commitment involved in providing dedicated care during statutory holidays.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for trusting me with your dogs. I truly value every client who chooses Valley Pet Medic and appreciate the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own. ❤️
