With our Barn Hunt Trial coming soon, I want to make a post of how to get your Barn Hunt Number to participate

You can obtain a Barn Hunt number by registering your dog through the Barn Hunt Association’s online Register, which assigns a permanent, lifetime registration number.
Eligibility
Any dog can participate in Barn Hunt trials, but to compete in official events, your dog must be registered with the Barn Hunt Association (BHA). Registration is permanent, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and dogs do not need a number for Fun Tests or training events, only for licensed trials

Registration Process
Create an Account: Visit the Barn Hunt Register at www.barnhunt.com/register and create a login. If you have previously registered a dog, your login is created using your email and the last four digits of your phone number. You should change your password immediately after logging in
Add Your Dog: Enter your dog’s information, including name, breed, and date of birth. You can register up to five dogs at once.
Payment: Pay the one-time registration fee of $34 (US) per dog via PayPal. There are no annual fees, and corrections to records are free
Receive Your Number: After payment, each dog is assigned a unique Barn Hunt registration number that is valid for the life of the dog
Using Your Barn Hunt Number
Once your dog has a Barn Hunt number, you can use it to:
Enter official Barn Hunt trials
Create mail-in entry forms for events
Track your dog’s titles and achievements in the BHA system
Additional Notes
Dogs must be at least 6 months old and able to fit through an 18-inch wide tunnel to compete in trials
Mixed breed and purebred dogs are eligible.
