Big day for Tucker! 🐾 With his parents away on vacation, Tucker joined the K-9 Kilometers crew for an adventure at the Woodstock Expo today.

This was only his second time in a major public setting, and he was an absolute superstar! From navigating crowds to staying focused amidst all the sights and smells, he handled it all like a pro. Watching a dog gain that kind of confidence is exactly why I do what I do.

Meet Milo 💚

As an Aussie mama myself, I already know how special these dogs are—but Milo? He’s just something else. It’s honestly incredible the connection you can build with a dog in just one single day. There’s no better feeling in the world than having an animal walk into your home and just know they’re safe. Watching Milo get comfortable, settle in, and decide I was his person for the night... that’s exactly why I started this journey with K-9 Kilometers.

I have so much love to give these amazing animals. They give us 100% unconditional love every second of the day, so the least I can do is give it right back.

Is there anything better than being at the park and having a pup spot you from across the grass, running full tilt just to give you kisses and say hi? 👅 It’s the best reward there is. I love knowing I’m helping them make fun memories while their owners are away.

Since Milo was such a perfect gentleman for his stay, we had to celebrate with a Timbit! 🍩 (Because no good boy's sleepover is complete without one).

I love this boy so much! Thank you for the snuggles, Milo. You reminded me exactly why I do what I do. 🩵🐾
