The holiday season will soon be here, so we wanted to let you know we will be closed, Dec 24 - 28th, Open on 29th - 31st.

We are closed on Aug. 4th and Aug. 7th.

Dr. Atkinson will be away Wed. June 25, 26. Someone will be in office on June 26th to sell products. Answer phones.

We will also be closed on July 1st.

Please make note Dr. Atkinson will be out of office from April 28th - May 1st. Someone will be in office on Monday the 28th 8 am to 12 to answer phone and sell food and refill prescriptions and again on May 1st from 8 am to 12. Take care and be safe.

Please be advised, we are now charging 25.00 for missed appointments. To prevent such charge, please call within 24 hours ahead of time to cancel your appointment.

We will also be asking for a 100.00 deposit before any scheduled surgery.
