I didn’t get into dog training because dogs always came naturally to me.

I got into dog training because I was struggling with my own dog.

It’s hard to admit, but life with a dog who had a bite history wasn’t always easy. There was stress, uncertainty, embarrassment, and plenty of moments where I questioned myself. I wondered if I had made mistakes. I worried about the future. I felt the weight of responsibility every single day.

What changed everything wasn’t finding a quick fix.

It was creating structure, clarity, and confidence - for both of us.

That journey taught me something I carry into every client relationship: dog training isn’t just about the dog. It’s about the person holding the leash, too.

When I work with clients, I look at the whole picture. Your lifestyle, your goals, your challenges, your relationship with your dog. Together, we build systems that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your life.

Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to dog training.

My goal isn’t just to train your dog. It’s to mentor you, support you, and help create a partnership where both ends of the leash feel confident navigating the world together.

I want training to feel practical. Clear. Natural. Something you can actually maintain long after our sessions are over.

Because lasting success doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from having the right tools, the right guidance, and a plan that works for you.

You and your dog deserve that.

Graduation Day for London! 🎓

I am so incredibly proud of this team and everything they have accomplished over the last 7 weeks in our E-Collar & Better Behaviour at Home Program.

When London and her family first came to me, they wanted more freedom and flexibility in their lives together. Instead of going from a walk straight back to the crate, they dreamed of having a dog who could settle calmly in the home and be included in everyday activities.

Their goals were to bring London to soccer games, enjoy coffee shop outings, have her relax on her bed while guests visited, trust her off leash, rely on her recall, enjoy calmer walks without frustration or jumping, and stop jumping on visitors.

Through consistency, clear communication, and a whole lot of dedication, they have achieved things they never thought were possible.

The best part? London’s world is so much bigger now. Because her family can trust her, she gets to experience more adventures, more freedom, and more time with the people she loves.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. It has been such a pleasure watching your progress.

Way to go, London and family! ❤️

Oly has officially graduated his training program! 🎓 🎉

When Oly and his owner first came to me, our goals were clear: build a reliable recall, work through reactivity around other dogs, and help him feel more confident around loud noises.

What made this journey so special wasn’t just Oly’s progress- it was the incredible dedication his owner showed every step of the way. She put in the time, effort, and consistency to build his confidence, change his emotional response to challenging situations, and help him develop a calmer mindset.

Today, this team can enjoy reaction-free walks through busy Fort Langley, relaxed strolls at Derby Reach, dog park adventures, and confidently navigate loud environments that once felt overwhelming.

Watching Oly grow into a more confident, resilient dog has been such a privilege. His success is a testament to what happens when an owner shows up for their dog day after day.

Way to go, Team Oly! I am so proud of everything you’ve accomplished. 🩵

A safe space for dogs and their people to get out, learn, grow, and practice real-world skills without judgment.

These group walks fill my heart every single time. Watching owners gain confidence, dogs make progress, and everyone support each other along the way is something really special.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this such a great day. If you’ve been thinking about joining but feel nervous, this is your sign - you and your dog are welcome exactly as you are.

Can’t wait to see you at the next one! 🩵

Quinn’s owner came to me wanting help with leash walking and recall.

She was surrendered to him after being attacked by her previous owners’ dogs multiple times, with the last incident resulting in a trip to the vet and multiple stitches. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s still incredibly sweet, loving, and social with other dogs.

Quinn spent most of her life living outside on 30 acres with very little structure or boundaries, so we’re starting from the ground up and building clear communication, confidence, and skills together.

I’m excited to see where this team can go. 🤍

Training doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective 👏

Keep sessions short and positive, celebrate the little wins, and use rewards your dog actually cares about - whether that’s treats, toys, praise, or play.

Motivation changes everything when it comes to building engagement and confidence!
