A loyal, intelligent boy who urgently needs a stable home 💔

📍 Currently in Vancouver, BC, Canada
⏳ At risk of going to the SPCA very soon

Jasper is a 2 year old Hellenic Hound mix who is currently being rehomed due to unforeseen life circumstances. His owner had to move back to the Netherlands because of a family emergency, and despite trying everything, she couldn’t bring him with her.

Since then, Jasper has been moving from home to home, and it’s taken a toll on him. The constant change has left him stressed and confused, and he has recently started showing some reactivity toward other dogs, something that wasn’t part of his original behavior 💔

Now, with no long-term foster available, Jasper may be brought to the SPCA in the next few days… and we really want to avoid that for him 😔

Jasper is incredibly smart, affectionate, and deeply loyal. He knows many commands, loves food, enjoys walks in nature, and thrives when he feels safe and connected to his person.

He is sensitive and needs time to decompress. With stability and the right environment, he has all the potential to be an amazing companion again 💛

Jasper would do best in a home:
• Calm and structured
• With experienced dog owners
• With a yard
• Without young children
• Possibly as the only dog or with a very balanced companion

He’s not a “problem dog”, he’s a dog who has been through too much change in too little time. What he needs isn’t more transition, he needs someone to stay.

Friends we need your help with this baby angel! Could you be the right home? This is an urgent situation

He is a Border collie mix 4.5 months old (possibly with Kelpie, Shepard or Mudi), but essentially a very high energy, intelligent herding dog. He is super sweet and playful with us and our young kids, but territorial of our property and of us. He is still socializing but is quite curious to meet other pups and has mostly good interactions with other dogs though if they bark at him first he gets spooked sometimes. I have seen marked improvement in his behaviour since bringing him home but since it appears it will be a very long road, he will likely do better with a new owner who can dedicate the time he deserves to his training.

Our friends BC SPCA (BCSPCA) are at it again. You know scamming ya for donations but not helping the community or animals? please help free him and return him to angels as we know the SPCA IS a kill shelter and will euthanize at a drop off a hat based off opinions not experience. Please help angels save this dog. Local rescue who cares and doesn’t see this as a business needs you

Friends please watch for this dog to be advertised in BC with the SPCA .. .
This dog was in our care sometime ago and then stolen from our property from someone ‘claiming’ to be her owner. The RCMP nor SPCA assisted in her return to our society. We could only hope that she would be loved by the person claiming to own her.
We found out that this poor dog was in fact not being cared for, the community came together to plead with the spca for her removal from that home of which she was thank goodness! Thankyou BC-SPCA. ANGEl’S animal rescue would love to be in contact with whomever adopts this sweet husky, she is older now and deserves to have love and a life free of a cage. We’d be very willing to provide this new family with any support they may need if any. Or just an update to know she is thriving, we would be grateful❣️

The amount of calls and emails we get it’s time to normalize the muzzles. Keeps everyone safe while you train. Rather than everyone being scared and stressed. Heck if we normalized more tools that helped dogs there would be a lot more rescued and actually saved dogs but for some reason we seem to rather want to euthanize then try. We need to do better there is zero things wrong with wearing a muzzle
