Anyone who has had to picture cattle before knows how much patience goes into it, and how frustrating it can be some days! Then the excitement 🤠 when a bull just lands and poses and is like “oh would you like me to tilt my head this way, or that way?” And just works it like a supermodel 😂 Totally striking a pose looking like the herd bull he is! 🐮 BRF 13N, a bull from a cow that simply never misses, no matter the cross.

Caught this pic out checking bull calf pairs tonight, who doesn’t love a nice fall evening drive, especially when the grass is still green and the sunset is this gorgeous! 🌅🤠

We are happy to once again be donating a sweet Hereford Angus cross heifer to this wonderful event once again this fall!

Queen of Hearts registration is officially OPEN!

Here's how it works: generous Hereford Breeders donate a calf for the giveaway, and juniors ages 9-21 who register and attend get a 1 in 22 chance to win it. Just submit a questionnaire, come register, and show up. That's it.

This one's for any junior looking to grow their herd with a quality female. This year we will have a record number of heifers. Youth, you need to register in advance and you must be present on November 1st to be included in the lottery. The day is filled with fun, learning activations, pizza lunch, swag bags and more.

Know a junior who has a farm and wants in? Tag them below or send this their way.

Register now, via our website:

We held the 31st annual Hardisty Field Day, a bull calf futurity our Dads, Al Fenton and Stewart Crone started in 1995. It’s pretty neat seeing the 3rd generation help put it on now! We were asked if we’d like to donate a heifer this year, (the NAHC clubs major fundraiser) and were very pleased that Tanga Herefords won our horned heifer. Was a great day all around!
