One of the simplest ways to think about Dog Park Now is this:

Before you leave, another dog owner's check-in can help you decide what works for you and your dog.

When you arrive, your check-in can do the same for the person coming next.

Use the map. Arrive. Check in. Help the next owner.

We're excited to welcome Viva Vet Hospital as the first veterinary hospital to join the Dog Park Now Paw Partner community. 🐾

Viva Vet is now live in Dog Park Now and can be found right on the map alongside the local dog community we're continuing to build across Nova Scotia.

Paw Partners are about connecting dog owners with local businesses and services that are part of their everyday dog-owning lives, and we're excited to have veterinary care represented in that community.

Welcome, Viva Vet! 💚

Know Before You Go™

The last couple of weeks at Shubie have been about more than just putting up a few Dog Park Now signs. 🐾

I’ve been spending time at the park, talking with dog owners, listening to feedback and trying to understand one thing:

How do we make checking in feel like a normal part of going to the dog park?

Because the more of us who check in and update what’s happening at the park, the more useful that information becomes for the next dog owner.

So if you’re at Shubie and you see one of the Dog Park Now signs, give it a scan.

Arrive. Check in. Help the next dog owner.

And if you already use Dog Park Now, I have a little challenge for you: check in on your next 3 park visits. Let’s see if we can turn it into a habit. 🐾

Weekend park plans?

Before you grab the leash and load up the dog, take a look at Dog Park Now.

The goal is simple: give yourself a better idea of what's happening before you make the trip.

Then when you arrive, check in so the next owner gets better information too.

CHECK BEFORE YOU GO. CHECK IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

That's the loop we're building together.
