Hi everyone, I hate making these posts but we have a lost bird and I would like our community of feathered friends to keep an eye open in the Timberlake area in particular Greenwood Heights for a Sun Conure, which is pretty easy to spot. There were two of them actually that had gotten out, but one has been recovered, and the other one is still been seen by different people in that local area..
There are people in the area trying to recover her right at this moment her name is Emmy and she is friendly, but she’s been gone long enough now and where It’s now been a period of a couple weeks that she’s been missing , obviously she figured out how to eat and drink on her own because she’s not gone to anybody for sustenance so that makes it a bit more of a challenge but thank you for in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Hi everyone now that spring has officially landed. Let me say it is busy as heck over here. We did unfortunately get a slow start this season and the few birds that we did breed have already been adopted out without me even getting a chance to post them. I do apologize as I try to make the birds available to everyone, so everyone has the same opportunity for adoption that’s my goal.
We always have lots of budgies and we did finally get a couple of pairs of cockatiels set up and we’re waiting for more lovebirds and cockatiels at the moment we do have a couple of baby Conures available to our cinnamon and one is probably going to be green cheek it’s a little bit young to know for sure but I’m pretty certain. One of the cinnamons is definitely a female and the other ones too young yet we’ll be doing DNA very soon. If anyone’s interested in these babies, you can private message me for details. Hope everyone’s enjoying the warmth of the season…..Darlene

Hi everyone …. happy Friday long time no post. Sorry about that folks!!!
I usually am right on with my holiday posts but not this year …… so Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s and Happy to be Valentine’s Day all wrapped up into one sincere and grateful greeting!!!
We’ve been busy outside of the aviary and taking a little bit of a break on a personal note and after 12 years it was much much needed.
Still in operation but far from what we call being in full swing.
Just really getting back into it, doing our spring cleaning and have birds on nest and like the rest of you seriously looking forward to spring breaking through after a long winter!
We have some pictures to follow as we do have a few babies now.
To anyone who was interested in conure babies we do have two little ones in our incubator right now being hand fed.
We also have a few Fisher lovebird babies, and some budgie babies…..everybody is fully weaned, except for a couple of conure babies that are doing well but we are not quite sure about the colouring yet.
I would invite anyone to inquire by way of private message if you may be interested.
