In light of the current forest fire situation in our region, we'd like to share a reminder of things to have ready for your pets in the event of an evacuation.

If you have caged pets in your home (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds etc.), the OSPCA has a great resource of things to consider having ready in case you have to evacuate.

Heartworm testing is well underway!
You have until July 1st to have the test completed if required, to avoid a retest next spring!
Please be advised that these appointments are scheduled with an RVT only - further concerns will need an appointment with a DVM.
