I could also use some help condensing baskets if anyone is willing. We are at the Whitemud Equine Club in Edmonton and the auction ends at 8 pm.

We’re in the final stretch before our silent auction at the Doberman Pinscher Club of Canada’s National Specialty Show! Just 9 days to go! 🐾

We’re still looking for a few more donations to help make this event a success. Right now, our biggest needs are:

• Dog treats and chews
• Dog toys
• Gift certificates or credits for dog-related services (grooming, training, boarding, daycare, etc.)

If you’d prefer, cash donations to help us purchase these items are also greatly appreciated.

We know it’s a last-minute ask. Unfortunately, many of the businesses we reached out to earlier weren’t able to donate, and with the unexpected responsibility of managing a family member’s estate after their passing, along with purchasing a new home, we’ve found ourselves needing a little extra help to fill out the auction.

Every donation, big or small, helps us raise funds for the Dobermans in our care.

Placement found! Thank you to everyone who reached out almost immediately. We’ve got some amazing people in our corner. 🙏

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR JULES – TODAY BY 4:00 PM 🚨 Edmonton area.

We are urgently searching for an emergency foster for Jules.

Unfortunately, the adopter who was supposed to welcome Jules home today has changed their mind, leaving her with nowhere to go.

Her current foster family needs to leave for the Veterinary College in Saskatoon this afternoon, where one of their own dogs is receiving cancer treatment. They must leave by 4:00 PM, so Jules needs a safe place to stay today.

Her foster family will gladly take her back when they return, so in the worst-case scenario we’re only looking for about one week of fostering.

Because of the timing, boarding isn’t a realistic option, and we don’t have a lot of extra funds right now.

Jules cannot be placed in a home with cats. If you have a cat-free home and can offer her a safe place to stay for a few days to a week, please send us a message right away

If you can’t foster, please share this post. One share could be all it takes to find Jules the temporary home she desperately needs.

Jules is ready for adoption! She will also be in need of a new foster placement if she has not found a permanent home by the second-last week of July.
