🍄🍂 A Little Woodland Magic with Annie! 🍂🍄

Deep in an enchanted forest, where tiny mushrooms glow, fairy lights twinkle between the trees, and curious little woodland creatures peek out from behind the moss, you’ll find a very special little lady named Annie. 🧚‍♀️✨

With those magnificent ears standing tall, her beautiful little face, and that adorable tongue peeking out, Annie looks like she’s stepped straight out of a storybook!

Today, this precious little sweetheart visited Bella’s Beauty Spaw for some gentle pampering, and as always, she was an absolute delight. ❤️🐾

There’s something so special about our little senior sweethearts. They’ve earned the right to take life at their own pace, enjoy a few extra cuddles, and be treated with all the patience and tenderness in the world.

And Miss Annie? Well, she certainly knows how to melt a heart! 🥹💕

Now she’s ready to wander through her magical mushroom forest, perhaps make friends with a woodland fox or two, and enjoy a well-deserved nap after her Spaw adventure.

Thank you for another lovely visit, sweet Annie. You’re a little treasure, and it’s always such a pleasure having you here.

🍄 Raven and the Mushroom Forest 🍄

My dad says I’m a senior.

Personally…

I prefer the term “vintage.”

Every morning, I wander through my enchanted mushroom forest to make sure everything is exactly as I left it.

The mushrooms tell me all the latest gossip.

The squirrels politely slow down when they see me coming.

Even the fairies know that little old ladies get the right of way.

I don’t have to run anymore.

I don’t have to prove anything.

I’ve learned that sometimes the greatest adventure is taking tiny little steps… and stopping to sniff every magical thing along the way.

Then, once I’ve finished my important forest inspection, I head off to my favourite spa.

They always tell me how beautiful I am.

They trim my little feet.

They fluff my tiny ears.

And everyone whispers,

“There goes Raven… the sweetest little guardian of the forest.” 🤎🍂✨

Being tiny doesn’t make your heart any smaller.

Sometimes…

it just means there’s more room for magic. ❤️🐾

POV: Your mom said, “Go play in the woods.”

So naturally, I claimed the entire enchanted forest as my kingdom.

The squirrels have accepted my rules.

The mushrooms know I’m the gentle giant in charge.

The fairies politely asked me to watch where I put my giant paws… but they also said I was the prettiest guardian they’ve ever met.

Being a beautiful Bernedoodle means protecting the forest… one giant cuddle at a time. 🌲🤎🍄🐾

🍄 Daisy and the Very Important Forest Meeting 🍂

Daisy had been told they were going for a nice autumn walk.

This was a lie.

Because the moment her tiny poodle paws touched the forest floor, Daisy realized she had stumbled into something much more important.

There were glowing mushrooms.

There were twinkling lights.

There were squirrels.

And every single one of them appeared to be waiting for her.

Daisy stopped.

The squirrels stopped.

Everyone stared at each other.

Finally, one brave squirrel stepped forward.

“Are you Daisy?”

Daisy tilted her head.

Obviously.

The squirrel cleared his throat.

“We’ve been expecting you.”

Well.

This changed everything.

Apparently, Daisy had been summoned to the Annual Meeting of the Woodland Creatures, where several extremely serious matters required immediate attention:

Who had been stealing the best acorns?

Why were humans constantly taking pictures of leaves?

And, most importantly…

Who was the cutest creature in the forest?

The squirrels had been arguing about that last one for weeks.

Daisy looked around at the gathered woodland creatures, adjusted her little plaid scarf and sat down.

Meeting adjourned.

There was really no point continuing.

The answer had arrived. 🍂🐩❤️

🐾 Bella’s Beauty Spaw — Fall Closure 🐾

Just a little heads-up for our wonderful Spaw families! ❤️

Bella’s Beauty Spaw will be closed September 25th through October 7th while I take some time away from the grooming table to prepare for and compete in my final powerlifting competition of 2026! 🏋️‍♀️

This little break will give me the time I need to finish competition prep, travel, compete, and recover before returning to all of my furry clients.

Thank you, as always, for supporting not only my little home-based grooming business, but also the big goals I chase outside of the Spaw. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful group of clients cheering me on. ❤️

The Spaw will reopen October 8th, rested, recovered, and ready for more gentle grooming, cuddles, and puppy kisses. 🐾

🍄 Major and the Mysterious Mushroom Meeting 🍂

Major had been ten years old for long enough to know one very important thing:

If glowing mushrooms invite you to a meeting in the forest, you attend.

He wasn’t entirely sure why.

But Major was a professional.

So one crisp autumn evening, Major put on his best fluffy feet and marched through the fallen leaves toward the appointed meeting place.

The mushrooms were already waiting.

“Major,” said the largest mushroom solemnly, “we have an emergency.”

Major stared at him.

The mushroom continued.

“Someone has been stealing the crunchy leaves.”

Major looked around.

There were approximately seven billion crunchy leaves.

He looked back at the mushroom.

Seriously?

“We need you to investigate.”

Major sighed.

At ten years old, he’d hoped to be past this sort of nonsense.

Nevertheless, he began his inspection.

He checked behind the tree.

He checked underneath a suspicious pile of moss.

He sniffed three mushrooms, one acorn, and something he immediately decided was none of his business.

Finally, Major returned to the council.

“I have completed my investigation,” he announced.

The mushrooms leaned closer.

“And?”

Major sat down.

“It’s autumn.”

Silence.

A tiny mushroom gasped.

Another whispered, “Ohhhh.”

Major closed his eyes.

This was exactly why the forest needed adult supervision.

For solving the Great Crunchy Leaf Mystery, Major was awarded the highest honour the Mushroom Council could bestow:

One treat, seventeen compliments, and permission to go home for a nap.

Major accepted.

After all, he was ten.

And frankly, these people were exhausting. 🍄🍂🐾❤️

🍄 Obi and the Very Important Mushroom Inspection 🍄

Obi had been told it was just going to be a normal Spaw day.

A bath.
A haircut.
Perhaps a treat or seventeen.

What nobody mentioned was that immediately afterward, he had been summoned to the Enchanted Autumn Forest for official business.

You see, Obi held a very important position.

He was the Chief Inspector of Mushrooms, Fallen Leaves & Suspicious Squirrels.

And today was inspection day.

Obi arrived wearing his finest bow tie because, as everyone knows, you cannot conduct serious mushroom business dressed casually.

He began with the red mushrooms.

Sniff.

Acceptable.

Then the orange leaves.

Sniff sniff.

Also acceptable.

Then Obi noticed something in the tree.

A squirrel.

The squirrel froze.

Obi froze.

For several tense seconds, neither gentleman moved.

Finally, Obi narrowed his eyes.

“Do you have authorization to be on that branch?”

The squirrel did not.

This was going to require paperwork.

Fortunately, Obi decided paperwork sounded exhausting and continued his inspection instead. 😂

By sunset, every mushroom had been accounted for, every leaf had been properly scattered, and the squirrel had received a stern verbal warning.

The woodland creatures gathered beneath the twinkling lights to thank him for his service.

Obi simply adjusted his bow tie.

Another successful day.

Another forest saved.

And most importantly…

another handsome little gentleman ready to go home and collect his treats. 🍂🐾💗

❤️‍🩹 Rio’s Gentle Spaw Day ❤️‍🩹

Rio doesn’t need to see the world to know when he is somewhere safe.

These days, he moves through life a little differently. He is a very special senior gentleman who is blind and diabetic, and his little coat isn’t quite what it used to be.

But that’s okay.

Because today wasn’t about making Rio look perfect.

Today was about making Rio feel loved.

So we took our time.

There were gentle hands and quiet reassurance. We carefully tidied his little legs and softly trimmed around his sweet face, asking only what Rio was comfortable giving us.

No rushing.

No expectations.

Just kindness.

And Rio did beautifully. ❤️‍🩹

When we were finished, he stood among the autumn leaves looking like the sweetest little woodland gentleman, while two tiny bunnies seemed to gather nearby just to keep him company.

Perhaps they understood something important:

Sometimes the most beautiful Spaw days aren’t the biggest transformations.

Sometimes they are simply about an old dog being treated with tenderness, patience and dignity.

And sweet Rio deserves every bit of that. ❤️

🍄 Charles and the Suspiciously Adorable Forest 🍄

Charles knew something was different the moment he arrived.

There were glowing mushrooms.

There were twinkling lights.

There were autumn leaves scattered everywhere.

And, most concerning of all…

there were bunnies.

A LOT of bunnies.

Charles sat very still and surveyed the situation.

One bunny stared at him from beside a mushroom.

Another peeked out from behind a tree.

Three more appeared to be holding some sort of unauthorized meeting near his tail.

Charles narrowed his eyes.

This seemed suspicious.

“Excuse me,” he said politely. “Who exactly is in charge here?”

The bunnies said nothing.

Of course they didn’t.

Charles sighed.

He had only come for his Spaw day. He was freshly groomed, exceptionally handsome, and had absolutely not agreed to become responsible for an entire enchanted woodland.

Unfortunately, the forest creatures had already made their decision.

A tiny bunny hopped forward.

“Charles,” she announced, “we have chosen you as our king.”

Charles blinked.

He looked at the glowing mushrooms.

He looked at the twinkling lights.

He looked at approximately seventeen rabbits who apparently now expected leadership.

Then he gave the only reasonable response:

“Do I at least get snacks?”

The bunnies immediately convened an emergency meeting.

And that is how Charles became His Floofy Majesty, King Charles of the Mushroom Forest, Protector of Tiny Bunnies and Supreme Commander of Treat Distribution. 🍄🐰👑

He remains unsure about the job.

But the benefits package is apparently excellent. 😂❤️

🍂 Aoife and the Very Important Forest Meeting 🍂

Aoife had been told this was going to be a perfectly ordinary day.

This was clearly a lie.

One minute she was freshly groomed, looking exceptionally elegant and minding her own business.

The next minute?

Enchanted forest.

There were twinkling lights in the trees. Mushrooms everywhere. Autumn leaves under her paws.

And rabbits.

Aoife looked over her shoulder.

The rabbits looked back.

Nobody spoke.

Apparently there had been a meeting scheduled, and Aoife had somehow been appointed chairperson.

She sat down very professionally.

“Right,” she said. “First order of business: why are there three rabbits behind me, and which one of you approved this many mushrooms?”

The rabbits offered no explanation.

Typical.

Aoife sighed.

Being beautiful was exhausting enough. Now she had an entire woodland kingdom to manage.

Fortunately, after five years of Spaw days, Aoife knows a thing or two about keeping everyone organized. ❤️

So she straightened herself up, gave the rabbits one final supervisory glance, and accepted her new position:

Her Royal Floofiness Aoife, Keeper of the Autumn Forest, Supervisor of Bunnies, and Inspector General of Mushrooms. 🍄🐇🍂

She takes her responsibilities very seriously.

The rabbits, however, remain under investigation. 😂❤️
