Pet of the Week

"Ruby" This lovely shy little Siamese X is approximately 1.5 years old and is in need of a safe loving quiet home to call her own. She would prefer a home with no small children or boisterous dogs as she can be a little nervous with loud noises. In the right environment this blue eyed beauty will come out of her shell and become your new best friend. She would likely be fine with another friendly cat in the household to cuddle up with. She has been spayed, tattooed, dewormed and fully vaccinated. If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet soul, please reach out the Claresholm Animal Rescue Society 403-625-5370.

What can I say about Art Carlson? If it wasn't for Art, Willow Creek Veterinary Service would not exist. Not only did he provide a place for the business to start, he helped build the interior while providing us with endless entertainment. He became like a surrogate father for me when mine was so far away and I always knew he cared and wanted the best for me. He even helped with our "home inspection" when we decided to buy the acreage and provided us with knowledge at every turn. Art was a very smart man with an amazing sense of humour and his sarcasm matched mine in many ways. You will always be a part of this clinic and we thank you for all you have done for us over the years. You will be missed more than you know. Rest in Peace Art.

Over the last several years we have had the pleasure of working with Bailey. Many of you have gotten to know her while she was on reception, or in the exam room. Bailey is off on a new adventure starting in January and we wish her all the luck going forward. She will be attending Olds College to achieve a Veterinary Technology Diploma. Congrats and have fun! We will miss you.
