Yay for a damp forest!
I had dreams of flowing creeks last night but we’re not there yet so water breaks had to suffice.
We enjoyed the cool morning and the change in weather.
Checo, Libby, Bobbie, Jojo, Enzo, Daisy, Willow & Max
Reilly enjoyed a walk with Miss Ulu, he’ll be joining us for the month while his pawrents are away.
The Social Crew had fun, there was chase and play and of course a dip in the water. They had great listening skills and we practiced some leash manners on the way back to the van where a couple of kind stranger snapped our pic and later emailed it to me. Thank you! Not very often I see what we look like lol

Our forest is so beautiful, we are so lucky to have this as our backyard.
The adventure crew always enjoys the hike but I have to say Miss Ulu enjoys her daily strolls just as much. So grateful to see these dogs every day, they are my extended family. 🐾💕
We missed Murphy today and hope he is feeling up to next weeks hike.

Today’s trail was so good, I give Enzo props for the trail choice, it’s one I’d been thinking about but had t got around to trying… so, thanks Enzo!
We welcomed Murphy back after her summer break, she’s so fun and a great addition to her crew.
While walking the afternoon Social Crew I was noticing how each of their bodies move so different. Stella is ALL leg movement, Koda has a full body wiggle going on and Charlie… all you see is his little paws moving because his tummy fur is so long. Too darn cute.
Rudy and Ulu wrapped the day with some one on one time.

This mornings Forest was cool, damp, quiet and peaceful.
This mornings Crew was full of beans!
So, I used the oldest trick in the book and put them to work, we hiked uphill for the first half of the hike and we restored the peace to the forest!
The afternoon consisted of consolidated walks and visit to avoid the heat.
Bulldozer got a special excursion as he got to come visit his cousins, the Danes!
Miss Ulu showed Sir Reilly the ropes and he fit right in, we didn’t expect anything less! 🐾💕

Mondays are currently for the smaller crews, one on ones and home visits. Makes for a busy day but I absolutely adore each of my furry friends. They all bring something different to the table and it’s a beautiful thing.
