20,000 OF BENNY’S BUDDIES. 🫶🏻
How do you even begin to put into words what this means to our family?
Back in 2021, a girl who had just graduated university had a little dream. A dream that started with one horse, a whole lot of passion, and no idea where life was going to take her. That little dream grew into a farm, a full operation, and a life that our family gets to share together every single day.
And somewhere along the way, our Benny boy became a part of our story in a way none of us could have ever imagined.
When we started sharing Benny’s journey, we never could have dreamed that it would reach 20,000 people. We never imagined that so many people, from right here on our little Island to places all around the world, would care so deeply about a little horse and the family who loves him.
People often tell us how lucky Benny is to have us. And while we would do absolutely anything for him, we hope you know that we are just as lucky to have him.
Benny has taught us so much more than we could ever teach him. He has taught us perseverance when things get hard, patience when the road is longer than we hoped, and a kind of love that is pretty difficult to put into words. He has brought people into our lives, connected us with people we may never have otherwise met, and reminded us just how much good can come from sharing a little piece of your world with others.
To think that something that started as a little dream in 2021 has brought us here is something we will never take for granted.
And to every single person who has followed along, shared a post, left a kind word, checked in on Benny, prayed for him, cheered him on, or simply taken a few minutes out of your day to see how our boy is doing, THANK YOU.
You haven’t just followed Benny’s story. You’ve become a part of it. You’ve given us encouragement on the hard days, celebrated the good ones with us, and shown our family a level of kindness that we will never forget.
Twenty thousand people. Twenty thousand connections. Twenty thousand reasons to be grateful that we decided to share our little corner of the world.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being here. Thank you for loving Benny. And thank you for making this little dream mean more than we ever could have imagined.
We don’t know exactly where this journey will take us next, but we know one thing for sure: we’re so glad we get to share it with all of you.
Here’s to the little dream that started it all, the boy who has brought us all together, and every one of you who has become part of our story.
