Spooky Season is Upon us 👻

In lieu of individual costume photos this year, we decided to have a little extra fun and will be hosting a Pup Patrol costume contest!

From Monday October 26th to Friday October 30th, send your pup in their best costume - we will post their photos and starting at NOON on October 30th, you can start “voting” with your likes/reactions!

By NOON on October 31st, the pups photo with the most reactions will win a super sweet prize!

So come in your best spooky (or sweet) outfit, and you may just win a treat (no tricks necessary!) 🎃

Hot Week Ahead! 🔥🌡️

We just wanted to hop on and make a quick post regarding the warm weather this week!
While we do have AC throughout the building, aswell as pools & LOTS of cold drinking water, temperatures are expected to exceed 35-40 degrees with the humidity.

We understand that some dogs are less tolerant to heat, so If you are concerned about your pup in the heat and decide to keep them home instead, please let us know so we can staff accordingly.
If you do choose to bring your pup they are welcome as always, we will do our best to keep them cool!

Also reminder that we are CLOSED this Wednesday for Canada Day!

Stay cool!! ☀️

🐾 Important Update for Our Pup Patrol clients 🐾

Hi everyone! We wanted to keep you informed that over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had a few cases of kennel cough reported. It’s also been circulating more widely in our area, so we want to take a moment to share some helpful information to keep all of our pups safe and healthy.

🐶 What to watch for:
• A persistent, dry “honking” cough
• Sneezing or runny nose
• Mild fever
• Lethargy or decreased energy
• Loss of appetite (in some cases)

If your dog is showing any of these signs, we kindly ask that you keep them home and consult your vet if needed.

⏳ When can my dog return?
Dogs should stay home for at least 7–10 days after symptoms have fully resolved. This helps prevent spreading it to other pups, as kennel cough is highly contagious.

💡 Tips to help your pup recover:
• Ensure plenty of rest and hydration
• Avoid collars—use a harness to reduce throat irritation
• Keep them away from other dogs during recovery

We are taking extra precautions with cleaning and monitoring to help reduce the spread within our facility. Your cooperation plays a huge role in keeping our daycare a safe and happy place for all dogs 🐕💛

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
