Have a barn, acreage, shop, or rural property with room for a few feline residents? We have **THREE cats looking for their own place to call home!** 🐱🐱🐱

We currently have:
🐾 **2 feral barn cats**
🐾 **1 semi-feral barn cat**

These kitties aren't necessarily looking to become your next lap cat or snuggle buddy, but they deserve a safe place to call home, too! ❤️ With the right environment, they can make wonderful barn companions.

🌾 **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**
🏡 A suitable barn or acreage environment
🐱 Someone who understands feral and semi-feral cats
❤️ A commitment to providing ongoing food, water, shelter, and care

✂️ **IMPORTANT: We need a confirmed adoption commitment BEFORE sending these cats in for their spays.** We want to make sure we have homes lined up for them before proceeding with their veterinary appointments.

🐾 **ADOPTION FEES:**
- $50 for one cat
- Adopt multiple cats for just **$25 each!**

Sometimes, the cats who get overlooked are the ones who have the MOST love to give. 🥹🐱

Medical needs can make people hesitate when considering adoption, but here’s the thing… **these cats can make absolutely AMAZING companions!** ❤️

They still play, purr, snuggle, get the zoomies, cause mischief, and fill your home with love. And often, once they settle into your life, you find yourself forgetting there’s anything different about them at all. They’re just *your cat*. Your best friend. Your little weirdo who makes your house feel like home. 🐾😂

Yes, they may need a little extra care, monitoring, or understanding, depending on their individual needs. But a medical condition doesn’t define who they are or how much love they have to give.

🐾🖤 **MEET BANDITO — A WORK IN PROGRESS WITH A WHOLE LOT OF POTENTIAL!** 🖤🐾

Bandito has been on a journey learning how to be an indoor kitty, and this handsome older kitten has been making some wonderful progress! 🥹❤️

He’s becoming increasingly social, playful, and comfortable in his surroundings. While he may not be the type to immediately launch himself into your arms and demand cuddles, he’s showing us more and more of his personality every day!

🐱 **A little about Bandito:**
🌀 Tunnel enthusiast
🎾 Pom-pom hunter extraordinaire
🐟 Aquarium entertainment supervisor
🧗 Professional climber and high-place enthusiast
🐈 Would benefit from having another friendly feline companion in his home
🐕 Has experience with dogs and generally tolerates them

Bandito is still learning that humans can be pretty great, too! We can now hold him for short periods, and he enjoys being petted. ❤️ With patience, consistency, and a loving home, I truly believe he has the potential to become even more people-social and affectionate.

He’ll need a family who understands that trust takes time and who will let him grow at his own pace. A home with another friendly, playful cat could be especially beneficial, giving him companionship and helping him continue to build confidence.

Bandito may not be an instant lap cat, but he’s already showing us that underneath that independent little exterior is a curious, playful boy who is learning to trust. 🥹🐾

Double the fluff, double the fun! 🥰 These two handsome chinchilla brothers are still waiting for their next chapter, and we would love to help them find a family of their very own!

📦 Their housing cage and any available supplies will go with them to their new home!

This Thanksgiving season, we want to make sure
every family member is taken care of — including our furry friends! We are here to support families in need with canned cat and dog food donations. 🐶🐱❤️

Here are the details to get signed up:

🥫 What We’re Offering:

Canned dog food & canned cat food
Chicken-free options are available upon request for pets with sensitivities!

🚚 Delivery & Pickup Details (Monday):

In-Town Camrose Families: We are offering free delivery right to your door on Monday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Out-of-Town Families: You are very welcome to participate! Please plan to meet us at the Camrose Recreation Centre parking lot at 2:00 PM on Monday to pick up your donation.

📩 How to Register:
Spots and supplies are limited! Please send us a direct message as soon as possible with the following information to get added to our list:

1. Your Family Name
2. How many cats and/or dogs you have
3. Whether you need cat food, dog food, or both
4. If your pet has a chicken allergy
5. Your Camrose delivery address (or confirmation that you will meet at the Rec Centre at 2:00 PM)

✨ Thinking outside the box… or maybe outside the hamster cage? ✨

Have you ever considered adopting a chinchilla? Because these fluffy little weirdos deserve a spot on your “pets I never knew I needed” list! 🐭💜

Chinchillas are basically tiny clouds with personalities. ☁️😂 They’re soft, curious, intelligent, playful, and have an absolutely ridiculous talent for making you fall in love with them.

🐭 Why adopt a chinchilla?

✨ SO. SOFT. Their fur is famously dense and unbelievably soft. Seriously… nature went a little overboard.

💨 Zoomies are REAL. Watching a chinchilla bounce, jump, climb and explore is basically free entertainment.

🧠 They're smart & curious. Chinchillas love exploring their environment and getting to know their people.

😂 They have BIG personalities. Some are cuddly. Some are mischievous. Some are professional troublemakers. And some will stare directly into your soul while judging your life choices.

🌙 They're generally quiet. Chinchillas are often most active in the evening and overnight, making them a great option for people who aren't looking for a pet that needs attention at 6 a.m.

❤️ They can form wonderful bonds with their humans. While they aren't always the “carry me around like a teddy bear” type of pet, many chinchillas become very affectionate and interactive once they trust you.

BUT… 🛑

Chinchillas aren't a “low-maintenance” pet just because they're small.

They need proper nutrition, a large safe enclosure, dust baths, enrichment, appropriate temperatures, veterinary care, and lots of opportunities to exercise and explore. They can also live 15–20+ years, so adopting one is a long-term commitment. ❤️

They're not just a cute little ball of fluff to stick in a cage and forget about.

They're a lifelong companion with whiskers, attitude and an impressive ability to launch themselves across a room. 😂
