My name is Robyn, and I am the proud owner of The Classy Canine - Grooming Studio based from my home. I am thrilled to be back in the grooming industry after taking a three-year break to explore a different career in finance. While that experience was valuable, I realized that my true passion lies in working with dogs and providing them with the best possible care. I am excited to announce that I

have opened my own grooming business from the comfort of my home. I am committed to providing the highest quality of care for your furry friends, using only the best grooming techniques and equipment. As I rebuild my clientele, I want to assure you that I am dedicated to providing personalized attention to each pet and their unique needs. I am not just a groomer, but a pet lover who understands the importance of creating a positive grooming experience for dogs and their owners. 🐾 A little booking reminder! 🐾

I wanted to let everyone know that I'm already booking into October!

If your pup is on a regular grooming schedule, now is the perfect time to pre-book your next appointments to make sure you get your preferred day and time.

🎄 Christmas appointments also fill up incredibly fast every year, so if you'd like your pup looking their best for the holidays, I'd recommend booking sooner rather than later!

I’m dealing with a sudden family emergency and may need to adjust or reschedule some appointments. I will be confirming with each of you individually as soon as I know more.

Right now I’m not in my usual headspace, and that alone is enough to impair focus, patience, and emotional regulation ,all things grooming work relies on. Because of that, I need to be careful about what I can safely take on over the next few weeks.

I want to be honest about my limits while I’m going through this. My mental state is very sensitive right now, so I’m not able to take on dogs with significant grooming-related behavioural challenges at the moment. Anxious or more difficult grooms require more emotional capacity, and I’m just not in a place to take that on fully right now.

I really appreciate your understanding and kindness during this time.

💟 BOOKING INTO JUNE 💟

I truly wish I could accommodate everyone right away when you reach out, but with how quickly my schedule fills, it’s not always possible.

I completely understand how busy life gets — things slip through the cracks, and suddenly it’s “okay I really need to book the dog in” 🤦‍♀️
By that point, your pup might already be overdue, and with limited availability, it can turn into a bit of a wait… then before you know it, weeks have gone by

The best way to avoid this is to rebook at the end of your appointment.

Setting up a regular schedule keeps your dog looking and feeling their best, and it makes booking so much easier — especially if you need specific days or times. For example, if you’re only available Fridays at 10am, wait times can easily reach 6+ weeks

I absolutely love being busy, but I hate having to turn clients away or not being able to fit everyone in… so help a girl out 💟
