Brazen Jerky Company Handcrafted beef jerky from Calgary, Alberta with organic beef and no weird stuff added. Made simply for those who are choosy.

We brazenly make beef jerky in probably the most inefficient (but delicious) way possible – by hand, not by machine. Our beef is 100% organic and grass fed, marinated in distinctive, yet simple, flavours using fresh and local ingredients wherever possible. We choose to operate this way because this isn’t just our business, it’s our craft.
