For Mother’s Day, I want to take a moment to thank my Mom, Belinda! And I would like to ask for your support for her Dog Rescue! She initially helped me start Ruff and Puff, but most importantly, showed me what loving dogs looks like ❤️🐾
A lot of people don’t know this, but before Ruff and Puff ever existed, my mom was already rescuing dogs through CB Rescue . I grew up watching her drop everything to help dogs that had nowhere else to go.
CB Rescue actually started around 15 years ago when my mom found a mistreated dog in Calgary. Motivated by her love for dogs, she helped find that dog a new home… and honestly, she hasn’t been able to stop since.
Since then, I’ve watched her take emergency calls at all hours, organize fosters, rush dogs to vet appointments, transport supplies, and drive across provinces just to save dogs that needed help.
Now her rescue has officially made it into the TOP 10 finalists to win a 2026 Jeep Compass Pawmobile through Sponsor Energy, and honestly this would be life changing for the rescue.
Right now they only have ONE personal vehicle between my parents to handle everything rescue related:
🐶 Emergency pickups
🐶 Vet appointments
🐶 Foster runs
🐶 Transporting supplies
🐶 Long distance rescues
They’ve driven to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Edmonton, BC and so many other places just to save dogs in need.
Winning this vehicle would mean:

❤️ Safer transportation for rescue dogs
❤️ The ability to save even more
