PFA: Fluffers and Puffin; I've been caring for all summer 😍🐈
I'm booked until September, BUT... I do have a couple spots open depending on what you need, if it correlates with my current petsitting and personal schedule. Feel free to message me with any questions! Not just during the summer, year round, petsitting and housesitting. :)

In my last post I mentioned I can only care and dog walk certain sized/weight dogs because of injury(s) I have, so I just wanted to remind people of that, when looking. And another friendly reminder that I'm not a kennel, and I have not, in my 8 years of sitting, taken pets into my own home.
I believe pets are most comfortable at home, feel most safe (know their owners will return, get to know me faster, are in their own safe space etc).
I also prefer to meet pet(s) beforehand, if you're a new client. This makes the animal (and owners) identify me and not see me as a 'stranger' - I do agree that it is reassuring to the owners, too. ☺️

I have a week ish off until I'm petsitting these silly cuties all summer, and I have to say... I MISS THEM ALREADY! I got them into catnip (hehe), got many snuggles from them and so many plays. My cat is still a little jelly, but, I love that I get to be with cats all summer 🌞 🐾

I can do dog walks for medium to smaller dogs if needed (if you live in town and the dog is under 40lbs). I also have one more spot that I could do check ins during the summer if it's not longer than a week or two. Message me and I'm sure we can figure something out :)

**And a big reminder - I am not a kennel, I don't board or take animals. I'm a pet and house sitter**

I'm fully booked from mid June to end of August this summer, happy to say! ☀️ I do have a spot or two I can take if you're only gone a few days to check in on your babes, but for the most part, I'm booked!
Don't be shy to message me and ask though. I'm sure we can figure something out and if we can't, at least know I'll put your name in my books for future as I'm taking new pets/people ;P now.

Hi friends! I'd like to announce some good news, and just a couple reminders new to my business.

Looks like the end of August and possibly mid August is booking up. Which is amazing! Yay!Last minute bookings rarely work out, so if you need a pet sitter please let me know in advance :) I do my best to make room for all the pettos and the people that love them so much.
Guess what????? remind every body that I've been serving the BL area for EIGHT years now!!! 🥳 It's been a blast. I thank all the ones that have supported, trusted me, and given me a platform to care for animals because it means more than you will ever know. 💚

👋🏼 I also want to do a little reminder that I *do not* do overnight visits anymore. Since COVID many things have changed, and unfortunately most of my regulars have sadly passed away or moved - I usually stayed over night for. It also just makes sense for me, personally, even though it does conserve gas. There are many, many reasons I don't do I'll stop now! Apologies for the inconvenience.

I AM taking *NEW* clients in!!! YAY!!!!!!
I was so busy the past few years that I absolutely take new homes/clients in.
Things have changed dramatically since COVID as I mentioned, and I want to be able to get regular new clients/pets when I'm needed. *However, I do use a cane now which I never did before. If your dog is a big breed dog, and you want a dog walker, I will have to decline. It's for my personal safety from a major injury and as well as a surgery I had in 2020 regarding my knee AND hand...
HOWEVER - aside from that, small to medium breed dogs are welcome if I'm needed for dog walks! Just shoot me a message and we'll figure it out together. I ALWAYS will meet you and your dog first before any petsitting or dog walking. (This has always been very important to me). And it's pretty big as I rarely did solely dog walks unless I was already caring for the dogs.

I do always accept house sitting, even if you have no pets. If you're gone for awhile and need mail checked, home checked up on, etc. I've always been happy to do that as well. I have very excellent experience personally with exotic fish and birds, but I cannot do cattle, I apologize.

Hi guys! It's been awhile since I've done petsitting but I thought I'd do a Q&A as things have changed since I started my business, but to be clear I've NEVER boarded animals/pets. It has always been a business where I petsit and come to your home and check up on your special little sweeties!

Q: Any option for you to do boarding?
Definitely not and I never have done boarding.. If I owned my own house and had acreage then this would be a higher possibility but it still stands the same. House check ins only.

Q: Do you still do overnight stays with pets?
A: Since COVID happened my feelings on this have changed, unfortunately no overnight stays with pets. Only daily check ins with pets. I still however, text the owner photos of their pet(s) so they can see everything is going well and play with them as long as I'm there daily!

Q: Do you do dog walking?
A: When I petsit this comes with the territory of course most of the time. But in the event that the person is just looking for a dog walker, my answer is no, especially with my health ailments, sorry. **(However if you message me and tell me the breed of dog I would be dealing with, I can give you a better quote)**

Q: Can you do multiple check ins instead of one daily check in per day?
A: Absolutely! I don't mind at all. "Daily" usually includes me going to see the pet and house twice a day. If I'm needed more, please ask when you book me and I'll write it down so we can make it a priority. :)

Q: Can you check my mail while I'm away and caring for my pets?
A: Unless you're gone for two weeks or longer, the answer may likely be no, but feel free to ask me when you book with me and we can go over alllllll the bases to make you feel as comfortable as possible for your vacation/absence.

I believe I covered it all, if you have more questions and can't find them on my "about" section or in my posts, feel free to message me! Keep in mind, I only petsit for the Burns Lake + surrounding areas + out of town which entails about 15 mins out of town each away.
