New client intro! Meet Hope, Hope comes with some tragic past events that we aren’t completely sure of the details!

She is incredibly untrusting of humans other than her lovely mom who has refused to give up on her! Hope has come to me for a complete restart! Yesterday our first attempt at bridling did not go this smoothly Hope was very reactive and worried about her head and ears making it difficult to bridle her especially given her size!

This was today our 2nd session together!

This right here is one more reason I love my job! This lovely lady had ridden for over 30 years it was her joy and passion! Unfortunately things had really fallen apart with this guy after multiple trainers and coaches she was defeated!

Prince had been deemed “dangerous” as he had developed some frustration which came out as behaviours including kicking, and bucking, pinning her against fences.

Today they safely and happily are back to enjoying their time on the trails as well as our weekly lessons in the arena (he had also been deemed arena sour)

Life is a ride enjoy it while you can!

Her dedication and commitment to the horses is bar none one of the most inspiring things I’ve seen! Hail, snow, rain nothing stops her from having even a little time in the saddle! Cocoa and I ran into a little friend today 😳. Running into wildlife is a natural thing to happen! Be bear smart and leave the area, we where far Enough away for me to get this short video and we left before mama spotted us!
