Located in beautiful Armstrong BC

⭐️ Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Please note these hours have potential to be longer during busy months)

⭐️ About Us:
We are a busy, equine veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to our equine patients. Our team is professional, hardworking, and passionate about horses and client service.

⭐️ Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. This position requires prior horse experience and the ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy equine setting.

⭐️ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist veterinarian with examinations and treatments
• Safely handle and restrain horses
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Support daily clinic operations and farm calls as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Perform general barn and clinic duties
• Stock and organize vet truck

⭐️ Qualifications:
• Prior horse experience required
• Previous veterinary assistant experience preferred (Equine) (on job training is an option for the right person)
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Neat, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working around large animals
• Ability to work outdoors year round in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm)
