Hey,
My name is Sarah, and I'm your nail trim lady!😄

A little about me:
I have always had a love and passion for animals. My Career started at the age of 14 when I started volunteering with animal rescue organizations. From there, I started working at local pet stores until I graduated from the Veterinary Assistant Program at Ashworth College/PCDI Canada in 2017. After graduation, I began working as a Veterinary Office Assistant at a Veterinary Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. Throughout my career, I have worked with different Veterinary Hospitals and Mobile Veterinarians and received an abundance amount of experience. I am currently still working at the same Veterinary Hospital where I started, but now as a Veterinary Assistant. I have received a few Pet Nutrition certificates as well as my Fear Free certificate.
I share my home with 3 cats (Saber, Archer, and Yuuki), 2 dogs (Daisy and Roxy), a bearded dragon (Dixon), a Leopard Gecko (Gizmo), and a Vail Tail Betta Fish (Ketchup).

I started Paradise Paws in August of 2022. My parents moved to Paradise Village and I spent every Sunday visiting them. One of their neighbors asked for some help trimming her pomeranian's nails and I was more than happy to help! This got me thinking about how many people outside of the city don't have access to a mobile veterinarian and it can be challenging to take their pets to the vet for something as simple as a nail trim (because, let's be honest, 99% of the time, our pets hate going to the vet.)
Since 2022, Paradise Paws has grown and now services Ste. Anne, Anola, and South-East Winnipeg.
I couldn't have done this without the support from each and every one of my clients. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for your love and support. It means the world to me!
