Something I haven't shared before is that I struggle with anxiety, some days it's not too bad and other days it feels unmanageable.

If I am having a particularly difficult day, all I need is to have Poppy lay on me to instantly calm my mind and feel the anxiety fading away. There is something so healing and calming about feeling your soul dog against your body, breathing and even snoring ever so lightly. It is truly as if a switch goes off in my body and suddenly I know everything is going to be okay.🥹🫶

Dogs are the most amazing, healing, empathetic creatures on this planet, far better than humans 💕
