☀️ Avoid direct sunlight and hot rooms
🧹 Keep bedding clean and dry
🍽️ Summer Diet
🐛 Mealworms, crickets, dubia roaches (in moderation)
🍗 High-quality hedgehog food or cat food
🥚 Small amounts of boiled egg
🍉 Tiny amounts of watermelon or cucumber as an occasional treat
⚠️ Signs of Heat Stress
Excessive panting
Lethargy or weakness
Loss of appetite
Spreading out flat on cool surfaces
