I am definitely not in the sun right now (the UK is very cold in lockdown 2.0) but I am trying to remind myself to STRETCH and do exercise where possible - it's hard and I'm lacking motivation.

This photo was taken earlier this year at the beautiful natural swimming holes in just outside of the . I feel like the sun just makes you want to be outside and move.... does anyone else find it hard to exercise in the bad weather???

It's and although most of us in the world can't travel right now, we can still dream and reminisce!

One of my favourite parts of visiting new places has gotta be the animals - this cute critter can only be found in , look at him enjoying the sun 😍☀️.

When I used to live in I would always get told off because I called them Koala BEARS and apparently they're just called koalas, but I still think he does look like a cute little bear anyway 😊.

Happy Monday! If you're like me in the UK you're now settling in to lockdown 2.0 and the winter nights are basically here 😔.

BUT! Every day and week we get through we are closer to being able to start living our lives normally again.

I am now a .swim embassador woohoo 😍 I am so excited, it took me a long time to decide which brand I wanted to pair up with - but the .swim philosophy is that EVERY BODY IS A BIKIN BODY and I totally love that!
