Since then the organisation and its Wildlife carers have cared for an rehabilitated hundreds of our precious native wildlife back where they belong. A big shout out to all our carers and the amazing duo of Kerry Jane Schilling and Ross Schilling who have made this journey possible and who have given everything to care for native wildlife.

THE native animals of inner-city Brisbane have a guardian angel, but she needs your help.

Never ok

Never ok

It is NEVER OK 🙅‍♀ïļ to keep a native animal for any period of time when trained and licenced volunteers are only a phone call ðŸĪģ away. In fact, it's actually illegal ðŸ‘Ū‍♂ïļ.

This poor girl was taken from her dead mums pouch and kept for 5 days 🖐 with 2 broken limbs ðŸĶĩ because the finder refused to hand her to wildlife carers ðŸĨ or take her to a vet ðŸĐš. To make matters worse, her injuries are also possibly from being removed from the pouch by her legs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 never do that either. Advice on how to safely remove a baby ðŸ‘ķ from a pouch is also only a phone call away.

Sadly 😭, because she didn't receive the immediate veterinary care ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļ that she needed, we couldn't save this precious baby ðŸŠĶ💕.
