Out of respect to the victims, survivors and first responders of Sunday’s horrific massacre in Bondi, and importantly, the entire Jewish community in Bondi, here in the Southern Highlands, all around Australia and the world, I have refrained from posting this week. ��

The fruit for this Pinot comes from the cool climates of the Central Ranges, Tumbarumba, Southern Highlands and South Eastern NSW — terroir magic in a bottle.

Flowers, coffee, cake and a morning spent playing with faux stems… are hosting their very first Brunch and Blooms workshop in Thirroul and it sounds like the dreamiest Sunday. 🌸☕🍰

Guided by resident floral stylist Emma, guests will sip, snack and style their way through creating a unique arrangement to take home. Bring a favourite vase or choose from their curated selection on the day.

Either way, it’s guaranteed to be gorgeous.
