It’s been a little quiet around here lately… but I’m back! 🐴🤍
After a few weeks away and a little break from socials, I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and seeing plenty of familiar faces again.
And I thought this was a good place to start - what can you actually do for your horse between appointments?
Massage and cryotherapy can be valuable tools, but supporting your horse doesn’t begin and end with a treatment session. Some of the most useful things you can do are actually very simple: keep them moving appropriately, know what’s normal for your horse, pay attention to the whole picture and, importantly, don’t feel like you always need to be doing more.
You know your horse better than anyone. The little things you notice between appointments can give me incredibly useful information when I see them next.
Good body care isn’t about constantly treating the horse, it’s about listening, observing and responding to what they need.
It’s lovely to be back, and I’m looking forward to a busy spring ahead. 🌿
