Beans the GSP refuses to get in the car because of the snake in the way!
Beans has her designated back door for when she travels in the car, we asked her owner to cue her to the car with one obstacle in the way - a snake!
Safe to say she understood the assignment 😎

Talk about a full circle moment 💫

Today I headed out to East Gippsland to a place where it all began! I first met Ollie (on the right) back in 2017 to train her to avoid snakes in my very first year of business. Today I met her new brother Louis to teach him the same skills, 9 years later!
Ollie's owner reports that she is still very much avoiding snakes after all this time since her initial training almost a decade ago. It was so wonderful to catch up with her and her owner, and of course meet the absolutely adorable Louis ❤️

The sun is beginning to warm up and so will the snakes!

Another snake appreciation post for my little snake handling apprentice!!

This is Ziggy our Diamond Python out on the ground for our snake avoidance training sessions. She's a beautiful snake and my daughter absolutely loves helping when we are setting up the snake scenarios for dogs!
