Wow! What an absolutely fantastic 2 nights at The Preview Restaurant at Ourimbah TAFE.

New small home setup in a 2m x 2m greenhouse!!!

This will grow;

Iceberg lettuce🥬
Cos lettuce 🥬
Rocket 🚀
Mustards

108 hole system from Amazon, only $140. A bargain if you were to add it all up and purchase the parts separately. It has a TINY little pump that I was very sceptical that it wouldn't pump high enough, but in a test, it was successful ! There's a few little babies that will go into this system in a few days, once they're big enough to handle a full nutrient solution. They are Cos lettuce.

We will plant weekly around 8 lettuce and 6 Rocket plants to keep a constant supply for a 2 person house and also for family and friends.

We also have a HEAP of seedlings started in the seedling trays. They include;

Zucchini
Tomatoes
Chives
Strawberry
Cucumber and Apple cucumber

A WHOLE tray of daikon radish!!! Yum..... I use this personally for my salads at home. It's gives that small bit of extra peppery taste and some more crunch, not to mention the HUGE nutritional boost from microgreens!! This is also how we store them in the fridge after harvesting. Note the paper towel to help soak up any moisture from condensation in the bag.

What's your favourite soup?

Mine is my Dads family recipe, pumpkin soup! So good. As they say, its not a proper pumpkin soup unless your spoon can sit on top of it right??

We add our microgreens to our soup, not just for flavour, but also nutrition. Radish for a bit of peppery taste and broccoli or red cabbage for nutrition, for the good old sulforaphane... its not just a summer salad thing....

Hi all. Long time between posts !

We thought we'd just put it out there about this fuel crisis!! We aren't raising our prices or putting on a fuel delivery fee. Apparently food is about to go up 20% in the next 3 weeks!!! Wow!

Why don't you get on board our microgreens and save yourself from these price rises? You only need a little bit on your food for fantastic nutrition, making your dollar stretch further....

We start at $15 for our "homie" tray that's approximately 15cm x 15cm delivered (on or close to our delivery run). For a bigger family, we do 6 pots delivered for just $25. We do try to throw in 1 or 2 freebies to both of these boxes as well for you to try or give away to family, friends or even your neighbours.

Popular varieties include ;

Broccoli, red cabbage, Broccage (mix of broccoli and red cabbage)
Spicy or mild mustard, mild or peppery radish, rocket (peppery), grabbage (green mustard and red cabbage) Coriander (3 week grower)

Well hello all our followers! Only just less than a month left of summer! Where did that go? We hope you had a great time with your family and friends over the traditional break of xmas and New Years. If you didn't, just remember. You're not alone, some people worked, others have family and friends long distances away xx.

Anyhoo, get on board our microgreens journey! We implore you to google sulforaphane.... its in each super powered microgreen but especially prominent in our famous broccoli!

We start a home delivery service, fortnightly usually, from just $20 per delivery! This is a 15cm x 15cm "homie" tray that usually lasts a single person or couple, the fortnight. These little beauties pack that much of a nutritional hit that you only need a little bit each meal ! POW 🥊🥊 (we do have a set delivery run for now, but if demand increases, the we can look at expanding a little bit)
