Animals do show emotion. Only people that don't know animals would say different.
They are sentient beings, they know when we are sad, happy and not well.
They love to be with us, just hanging with us. We are their humans. 💞
The photo below is Soraya ( my Grandpuppy) She was rescued from Toowoomba RSPCA by Katrina, 5 years ago. She lived with me for 3 months while I trained her. Everytime I visit, she remembers me and holds my hand while we watch T.V.
It's very special.

Banjo got his staples removed yesterday. A very happy puppy. 😁
Matilda had a scare, I thought I had lost her for sure. 😪
Thank goodness they are both recovering well.🙏
So now we enjoy all the time we have left. Lots of cuddles, walks and laying in the sun. Enjoy your furbabies always. We don't have them long enough.

Did you know not all rat baits affect pets the same way? Here’s what to watch for.

Even small amounts of rat bait can cause serious internal bleeding in dogs and cats, often days after ingestion. Early signs might be subtle, but they can quickly become life threatening.

Common symptoms include:

🔸 Pale gums
🔸 Lethargy or weakness
🔸 Coughing or laboured breathing
🔸 Bleeding from nose or gums
🔸 Vomiting or diarrhoea (with or without blood)
🔸 Bruising or swollen abdomen

If you notice these signs, especially after known or possible bait exposure, seek emergency care immediately.

Anyway, about my day.
Why don't I take Banjo and Matilda out the front to get some sun? Good idea right?
Remember Banjo had his stitches out on Monday. Well the grass out there is not as soft as out the back. Banjo decided to roll and split his wound open. 😪 Now 3 weeks of staples. Hmmmmmmm. Fun.
