Some few weeks back we arranged to take on a whole flock of buff from Georgie at Butterball Silkies & Pekin Bantams which includes beautiful birds from Fluffybum Farm and of course we could not wait to hatch some babies so the egg collection started immediately 😍 And P**f!!! B.A.B.I.E.S.😍

We’re excited to announce our next Morning Poultry Auction! (Bird flu permitting)

📅 Sunday 4th October 2026
📍 Northam Agricultural Society Poultry Club
⏰ Penning: 8.00am – 9.30am
🔨 Bidding starts: 9.30am – 11.00am

Whether you’re looking to add something new to your flock, find a new breeding bird or simply love poultry, come along and support our local poultry community!

🐓 PUREBRED & MIXED BREEDS WELCOME!
🟢 SELLERS

All sellers MUST register prior to the event.

Pre-registration is essential as it allows us to:
Allocate cages and group sellers appropriately.
Organise the shed before birds arrive.
Keep the auction running smoothly and efficiently.

💰 Seller entry fee: $2 per bird

🚨 IMPORTANT BIOSECURITY REQUIREMENTS 🚨
PLEASE DO NOT BRING SICK, UNWELL OR PEST-INFESTED BIRDS.
All birds entered must be healthy and free from signs of disease and external pests.
❌ Birds showing signs of illness
❌ Birds with suspected infectious disease
❌ Birds with lice, mites or other pest infestations
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Any bird found to be sick or pest-infected will be removed from the shed immediately. This is to protect the health and welfare of everyone’s birds and to help maintain appropriate biosecurity standards for the event.
Please check your birds carefully before bringing them to the auction.

Buyers must register on the day.

💛 Buyer entry is FREE!
Once birds have been purchased, buyers will receive a slip containing the seller's details. Please keep this slip with your purchased birds.

🧹 ALL PENS MUST BE CLEANED AFTER COLLECTION OF BIRDS.

We ask everyone to please help us leave the shed clean and ready for the next event.

Picked up this boy today and he doesn't have a name yet so feel free to comment and give us some idea's 😉 He is partially from the Fluffybum Farm bloodline over east thanks to Georgie Cee here in WA at Butterball Silkies & Pekin Bantams ... Handsome white boy that we can't wait to breed with some pretty ladies... We all know what that means 😉 MORE BABIES!!! 🐣😂 But for now it is quarantine time 💙
