Our latest passengers had a fun filled day out, plenty of stretch n sniff breaks, snoozes & listened to some VERY vocal passengers chat to each other 😳🤪

Gorgeous little white staffy x Wendy boarded first, followed by beautiful Amstaff Cape & sweet little senior Italian greyhound Cassie 💗
Miss Cape has taken out the gold medal 🏅for the stinkiest farts ever done in the van 😳

We then stopped off to collect the petite Pei x super cute Meeka 🌻 Little miss have a chat 😂📢

Next our heartstring siblings hopped in, handsome senior BC Turbo & his sister BC x Wolfie Miss Clover 🌺

Clover & Meeka had a competition for hours who could out bark the other….
Wasn’t sure if we needed a box of Panadol or wine 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️

Bright and early the next morning we collected the very big & beautiful Wolfie Steller 😍

Our last passenger to board this trip was the very purrrfect British shorthair Trixie 😽 she definitely stole Matt’s heart ♥️

All our passengers have settled into their new homes fabulously and loving their new lives 🥰🐾

We wish all these gorgeous heartbeats a safe happy & healthy new life, and are honoured they chose to ride with us 🚐

♥️ Our most recent passengers, now all snuggled into their new homes, loving their new lives and of course…. Being spoilt rotten just as they should by their new humans 😍🏡🐾

Teenage duo BC, Molly & Muscat full of beans and excitement 🤸‍♀️🎉

Our 3rd black & white BC, stunning Rex, this distinguished gentleman instantly stole my heart, a little timid & confused but now living the good life 🙏🏼

Teny Tiny baby Archie 😍 good lord my heart skipped a beat! Cuteness overload ….

Little African grey parrot Ruby, she enjoyed munching on her food, making a mess n flapping around 😂

Little sausage sweetheart Milla, a heartbreaking story as she arrived to the pound with her little body covered in burns 💔 thankfully now doing much better, safe & loved 🙏🏼

Gorgeous Mr Marty, the very handsome Pei boy who was keen to jump up for snuggles n lots of kisses 😍😘

Luna, the beautiful Wolfie x, headed south to be back with her dad who couldn’t wait for her to be home 😍

Mr blonde bordoodle fluff Benji, way too cute, a big trip for him returning back home to be with his family. 🥺

And then there was Lili 💗 the soft tiny Terrior x, this pretty little girl was scared and shy, she slowly warmed for lots of snuggles and now living her best life with her amazing new mum 🙏🏼

A big thank you to all the amazing humans who have opened their hearts and homes ♥️🏡

🌈 💔Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day 🌈💔

So I thought I’d share a piece of our hearts, these are some of the very special heartbeats that broke us, stole a part of us and are now at Rainbow Bridge.

This annual event never disappoints, lots to see with some fabulous stalls ♥️

Bumped into some amazing people, rescues, dog clubs and had a lil chat with some beautiful fur babies 🐾

⭐️ Tiny Timmy 🐾
…… and his VIP journey ♥️

Last week while away for the weekend with a bunch of friends celebrating the fine wines our fabulous country produces 🍷, we received a message about a tiny little soul in a pound who needed his freedom ride 😐

Not just any freedom ride, he needed the VIP treatment 🙌🏼

So we cancelled our plans for the Sunday, and headed off to collect him.

Tiny Timmy had been excruciatingly sick, he had been dealt not one, but two of the most horrid parasites known to pups-
Coccidia & Giardia. 💔
These nasties attack the gut, causing intestinal infection, interfering with his ability to digest & absorb nutrition properly hindering everything his tiny body so desperately needed to grow big and strong 💪🏻

At 12 weeks of age, weighing in at a mere 2.7kg (he should be weighing in somewhere around 8-11kg) this little chap is lucky to be alive….. Sadly his little sister didn’t survive. 🥲

When we arrived to collect this cutie patootie, we met his siblings who were thankfully all well, almost 3 times the size of Timmy! (Nobody in rescue was even aware the whole family were there)!
A massive shock to see the size difference and realised exactly how sick he had been 🤒

Timmy was bright and bubbly after being cleared of both from the vets and as ready as ever to grab a lift outa there 🚐🐾💨

We headed home where we started his lil pamper and delicious nutritious food menu….Timmy would camp out with us until we took him to his fabulous foster care family… 🙏🏼

Last night he began his new chapter with his amazing foster mum who even had some gorgeous new pjs and a delicious nutritious licky mat waiting for him 🙏🏼

Today he was off to the vets for a full health check and X-rays, 🩻🩺 he even went to school pick up and found a few admirers 🚸

Tiny Timmy has a huge, long road ahead of him. A slow and careful process to rebuild his little body to get it back to how it should be.

Who once again stepped up and did not hesitate to save another life. 🙌🏼
Without their quick save and actions this little guy may still have being sitting in a pound 🥺

Every passenger who boards with us takes a piece of our hearts, but every now and then…. There’s one that gives you that lump in your throat, the pain in the chest and the tears that stream down your face when it’s time to hand them over.

Timmy, you are that one ♥️

We are truly honoured to have given Timmy his special freedom ride, let him run a muk, snuggle, poo & yap our house down 🥰
We can’t wait to watch his journey and transform into the big beautiful strong boy he was always meant to be ♥️
We love you dearly little man x
