A very well deserved and tough Maiden win from Sumac in the Cessnock Cup at Newcastle. No easy feat, a pre Christmas 3yo filly beating the older, much more experienced boys over 1900m. A great stepping stone for her VRC Oaks path. Congratulations to her terrific all women ownership group!

Sumac wins at Newcastle 17.10.26 🏆
