Silver standard poodle puppies are born looking black and by 6 weeks it becomes apparent who is definitely silver. We know because of the parents pedigrees and DNA 🧬 when there’s a chance of silver, blue, black , white, cream and all the other colours .

When silvers are born they often have some clear toenails and white hairs between the pads of their feet but can still be difficult to tell apart from their Blue brothers and sisters. We are suspicious of their colour but still don’t jump the gun till we do that face shave that really reveals the colour .

“Purple Collar” born last December for those who followed along in that litters journey!

What have you wanted to try but put off learning??

Signing up and Committing is the best thing I ever do for my dogs. 👏 Without courses and homework I wouldn’t achieve half that I do with my kids.

To be encouraged, to meet new like minded people who adore their dogs but also celebrate your wins is invaluable.

Trying something new outside of your comfort zone is character building for the human and the dog.

My feet are firmly up and toasting 🥂 ourselves to having learnt more than we expected in such a short time thanks so much Claire K9 Instinct - Sydney Dog Trainer …. You are a very talented dog and human coach 👏👏👏

Exciting News 🗞️ She said “Yes” and The Paperwork makes it official … 💖🩵

No words could ever express our gratitude to Gabi Read for all she has achieved with 🍀Ch. Morlae Dealers Luck 🍀 “Wallace” so far!

What started as a couple of weeks holiday for Wallace, while we had a litter turned into a magical relationship between the pair that is undeniable when you see it!

Gabi your love, training, care and presentation of Wallace is truly impressive! Your genuine love of the breed is something to be celebrated and encouraged. You are very talented and should be so proud of yourself!

Wallace asked Gabi could she be his forever home and love of his life, just after Sydney Royal, and She said YES! 💍 He will now live with Gabi and her family forever!

Wallace was one of those heart dogs that Sharon Hall has absolutely adored since he was a baby. I hand my hat off to you that you could bring yourself to let him stay where he is thriving and adored. This is where breeders will make the tough decisions for the best of their dogs and their future for them. IYKYK 🫶

The goal is always to have fun and enjoy my dogs and the company of my peeps ! To laugh, to feel joy, to feel alive… to embrace life! you really captured the heart of what the Sydney Royal Easter show is for us … it’s a day I look forward to on the calendar! Never in my wildest dreams had I dared to dream a win this grand with all the amazing dogs and wonderful exhibitors that attend each year. 2000+ of the best, beautiful, loved and cared for dogs exhibited !

What an honour to stand there a winner with a puppy and I bred together because of our passion for the breed! I wish you had been standing next to me instead of recovering from a hospital visit …. But you would now be deaf because I screamed soooo loud! 😂
