Last week, I had the opportunity to compete at the Australian Dog Grooming Competition 2026, and I’m so happy to share that I was awarded 🥈 2nd Place in the Novice Salon Freestyle Class. ❤️✂️
Every competition reminds me that it’s not just about ribbons it’s about learning, growing, and becoming a better groomer. I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, and this result has motivated me even more to keep improving.

Thank you for being the person who first opened the door for me to enter the world of grooming competitions. You showed me where the competition ring was… then basically said, “Off you go, good luck!” 😂💛
After that, there were no more lessons just straight into the deep end! Looking back, I think that’s exactly what helped me grow. Thank you for believing in me and giving me the confidence to take that very first step. I’ll always be grateful. ❤️
