June recap 🌞🌈🍩😃
Sunshine, rainbows, donuts, smiles. And a little bit of rain, slobber and covered in dog glitter as usual ✨️

🐕 The dogs have had so much fun this month. Exploring new places and learning new things.
🦎 Our little beardie Graham is doing great. He's eating well and very active.
🐟 My fighting fish Spud has turned into a completely different fish - if you follow our stories, you'll know he was white when I brought him home.

Our calendar is filling up quick for July, make sure to book in advance if you know what days you need 'Aunty Maddi' visits ☺️

Being your dog's bestie is the most rewarding job in the world. But once upon a time, I was you.

I was a dog mum, working 2 jobs and worrying about my dogs being stuck at home alone while I'm busy at work. I was constantly checking the pet cam to make sure they were alright.
Some days, by the time I got home I was too exhausted from work to do anything with them. I felt guilty for not providing them 'enough'.
I figured I couldn't be the only one with this dilemma.

I started this business with a vision:
to help dog mums skip the guilt of leaving their dog's home alone during long work days, and to truly enrich the lives of the dogs and people I work with.

• Each service is intentional and tailored to your individual dog. Their needs, age, health, preferences, personality and training goals are all taken into account.
• Your dog gets to sniff, explore, forage, toilet, make decisions, use their brain and have fun with safe supervision.
• You receive real time photos, videos and written updates.
• I'm a qualified dog trainer through Karen Pyror Academy.
• Booking with us means you get free private message support for all your canine questions.
• Available Monday to Friday for routine dog walking and home enrichment sessions for dogs in the Caloundra area (4551 postcode).

One of my favourite parts of being a dog walker in Caloundra is taking pictures of the dogs to send to their parents. Photo and video updates are sent during/after each service so you know your dog is safe and having a great time ☺️

Dreamchaser Dogs has officially been operating for 2 years! How crazy is that!?
And what a journey it's been.

I'm not going to lie. This "little business" hasn't been easy. But I wouldn't change it for the world. To look back at where I started (working 3 different jobs and studying) to where I am now (Dreamchasing as my sole job) is actually crazy.

I have learned so much over the past 2 years. From graduating Karen Pryor Academy, working hands on with dogs and learning from my peers. I have met so many amazing people along the way. This journey has been invaluable.
I strive to continue my education in dog training and behaviour to give your dogs the best life possible.

Here are some of my favourite memories over the last 2 years. From the time a whole litter of puppies decided I was the safest place for a puppy puddle nap to some old faces I still miss. Ps: i saved the best for last 😂

Luka had a rough start to life. She doesn't love 'outsiders'. Today that all changed. She let me pat her AND put her harness on without treats.
It's amazing to see what patience, kindness and consistency can do.
