Our boys did us proud at the Gympie & District Kennel Club Championship Shows on the weekend ♡

✨ Karonika Charleston Knight (Shadow) picked up a lovely Dog Challenge and Runner Up Best of Breed.

✨️Our sweet Cam had a great weekend, being awarded 2 Neuter in Group awards!

Great weekend catching up with lovely people and enjoying time out with the dogs 🐾💫

Do you remember our cute little dapple puppy Dusty? Look at him now 🥹🐾

Nearly all grown up and still just as gorgeous. Dusty was born with very light dappling, so subtle that you’d never even know looking at him now — making him what’s known as a hidden dapple.

He is a Gaia x Shadow puppy and my gosh… the older he gets, the more Gaia I see in him 🥹

His family says he’s the biggest snuggle bug and a complete wet noodle 😜 which honestly sounds pretty fitting.

Getting updates like these and watching our puppies grow into such loved little personalities never gets old.

We get asked all the time how we safely manage our miniature longhaired dachshunds living in a multi-storey pole home… and honestly, it’s taken a LOT of planning, adapting, rethinking… and then adapting all over again 😅🐾

This 3-storey doggy ramp has truly been a labour of love. What makes it even more special is that my beautiful sister originally wanted to surprise me for my birthday with the idea ❤️ My incredibly talented brother-in-law designed the concept, and my hubby helped bring it to life — and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

Not only has it made life safer and easier for our dogs, but it’s given us so much peace of mind and freedom too.

Watching this idea go from a conversation to a finished ramp has been pretty amazing… and the dogs absolutely love it! ❤️
