At Cosy Pups we are very understanding of life & unexpected changes, all we ask is that you please respect our time & keep us in the loop.

No-shows have a ripple effect - not only does it mean another pup misses out but it also changes our day drastically as well as wasting resources used for the pre-heated warm bath waiting for your pup.

Saturdays are our most in-demand day & are booked months out. If you can’t show up for your appointment especially a Saturday we need to know as soon as possible.

This is why we enforce our no-show fees, particularly if there is no communication on the matter.
