🚨Foster Carer Needed🚨

🐱Simpson is a gorgeous, spunky, eccentric 21 month old cat who is looking for a long-term foster home as he has special medical needs that need close attention.

⭐️ Who we’re looking for:

✅ You’re home more often than not, as he is on medications that needs to be taken at certain times throughout the day (around 7am, 3pm and 10pm)

✅ You have a quiet home with no small children or dogs. He may be okay with another cat, with a slow introduction.

✅ You have the space to keep Simpson safe and happy.

This will be a long-term home for Simpson, as his medication is needed to control seizures and it is important that he remains on the regular schedule for this medication. On the medications, he isn’t expected to have any seizures and will live a normal life.

💚All costs relating to Simpson’s care, including food, vet bills and medications will be covered by APS. We just need you to provide the home and care.

💥ATTENTION, HUMANS! OUR TREAT & TOY DEPARTMENT NEEDS RESTOCKING! 💥🐾

The dogs have had an important meeting… and by “meeting” we mean they stared at us with their best puppy-dog eyes until we caved 😂

Apparently, the shelter snack cupboard is NOT magically refilling itself. Who knew?! 🤷‍♀️

The reality is, we rely on the generosity of our amazing supporters and donations from our community to help provide the goodies our dogs and cats enjoy while they’re in our care ❤️

So, our four-legged crew have put together their VERY IMPORTANT WISH LIST:

🐕FOR THE DOGGOS:

🦘Kangaroo treats — because apparently kangaroo = fancy
🐟Fish treats — the stinkier the better according to our resident connoisseurs 🤣
🥩Liver Treats — especially Beef Liver
🥫Nature’s Gift tinned food — preferably kangaroo
🪢Rope toys — for tug-of-war, chewing and general mischief
💪Hard & rough toys — because some of our dogs believe toys are actually chewable opponents 😂

At 7 years old, Zara is a gorgeous Staffy x girl who absolutely adores people of all ages! ❤️

Whether you’re young or old, Zara is happiest when she’s getting attention, affection and spending time with her humans.

Zara is not suitable to live with other animals, so she is looking for a home where she can be your one and only four-legged friend.

Zara will need an experienced owner who is committed to following the guidelines put in place to help keep her safe and set her up for success.

Zara would be best suited to someone who is home more often than not, so she can enjoy plenty of companionship and quality time with her person.
