Our gorgeous SBS British Shorthair kittens are having the best time meeting everyone — plenty of cuddles, smiles and kitten mischief! 🐱🧘‍♀️

🩵 A very proud moment for SBS Cats today! 🩵

While I was busy at Kitty Yoga in Rose Bay last Sunday, introducing our gorgeous teddy bear kittens to hundreds of cat lovers, Shelly had a big milestone of her own…

For the very first time, she attended a cat show completely on her own, presenting four of our cats without me by her side.

To say I’m proud would be an understatement. 💙

Showing cats isn’t just about walking into the ring. It takes dedication, confidence, patience, and an incredible understanding of feline temperament. Shelly handled everything herself and even came home with Best British Shorthair Adult with our beautiful Top Gunn Van Het Eigen! 🏆🐻

Watching the next generation develop such a genuine passion for our beautiful British Shorthairs is incredibly rewarding. She continues to grow in confidence with every show, and I know this is just the beginning of an exciting journey.

Congratulations, Shelly. You did an amazing job, and everyone at SBS Cats is so proud of you. 🩵

Getting updates like this is one of the most rewarding parts of being a breeder.

Here’s what Baxter’s family had to say:

“So Baxter is 6 months old today! I can’t believe how good he has been to us. He’s so gentle and VERY affectionate and will even lay on my lap 🥺”

This is exactly what we strive for at SBS Cats. While everyone falls in love with their teddy bear looks, it’s their beautiful temperament that truly makes British Shorthairs so special.

Seeing Baxter grow into such a gentle, loving and affectionate young boy reminds us why we put so much emphasis on health, temperament and early socialisation. Moments like these make all the hard work worthwhile.

🍫✈️ Our little chocolate princess, Lucy, is off on another big adventure! 🇸🇬

Our gorgeous Lucy will soon be making the journey from Australia to Singapore, where she’ll be reunited with her beautiful lilac brother and sister in their loving forever homes.

Watching our SBS kittens head off to wonderful families, both across Australia and around the world, is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. While we’ll certainly miss this sweet little girl, we know she’s about to begin an amazing new chapter filled with love, cuddles and adventure.

Have a safe flight, Lucy. We can’t wait to watch you grow and thrive in Singapore. 🩵🇸🇬

🐻🩵 Yesterday’s Kitty Yoga = Pure Teddy Bear Cuddles! 🩵🐻

These gorgeous blue and lilac British Shorthair kittens completely stole the show at yesterday’s Meowmaste Kitty Yoga! From cuddles and purrs to plenty of smiles, they reminded everyone why British Shorthairs are known as the living teddy bears of the cat world. 🧸✨
